Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and cook until golden (3 mins).
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, and jeera powder. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they break down (5 mins).
Crumble Kasturi Methi between your hands and add to the gravy. Stir well.
Add cubed paneer and gently mix.
Cook on low heat for 8-10 mins.
Add cream and mix gently. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Add salt and green chillies. Adjust taste.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
