In a bowl, mix oil, Turmeric Powder, cumin, coriander, red chilli powder, and salt.
Toss florets in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
Spread on a baking tray in a single layer. Roast at 200 degrees C for 18-20 mins, flipping halfway.
Squeeze lemon juice over hot cauliflower. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
